Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Due to the nature of consignment and pre-owned items, eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or discounted are not eligible for return or store credit.

If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@loveconsignment.com so we can review and resolve the issue.
